Sweet E's Bake Shop

When I came across Sweet E's Bake Shop Truck it was filled from top to bottom with miniature cupcakes! The girl inside informed me that the truck normally has a variety of sweet treats but today they only had cupcakes and whoopie pies because they over baked for an event the previous day. I felt extremely lucky because they were selling the cupcakes 'buy one get one free'!

We bought a dozen in an assortment of flavors (the peanut butter cup cupcake is already missing from the box because we had to taste one RIGHT AWAY) yum!

The flavors we chose were cookies and cream, red velvet, s'more, key lime pie, vanilla confetti, Mexican chocolate churro, and peanut butter cup and I personally enjoyed them all.

The Vanilla Confetti

We also tried both the classic chocolate whoopie pie and the red velvet whoopie pie. Both were moist and delicious, though the red velvet was my favorite.

If you would like to learn more about Sweet E's treats check out their website and to find their truck locations check out their twitter.

Side note: they have a large variety of vegan options as well but I have not tried them.

Crepe'n Around

Crepe'n Around offers both sweet and savory crepe creations.

I thought the S'more Crepe sounds unique and tasty, and it was! The crepe itself is thin, light, and slightly crispy. The S'more Crepe is filled with marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers, and topped with powdered sugar, whipped cream, and "Truckmade Callebaut Chocolate Sauce". It tastes just like a s'more but better! At first it looked small for the price ($6) but I ended up splitting it between 3 people and it was plenty (although this was after all 3 of us had already eaten multiple other food truck items).

I can't wait to catch up to this truck again to try out some of their savory crepes!

If you would like to try some mouth watering crepes check out Crepe'n Around's menu and their twitter.

Great Balls on Tires

Great Balls on Tires "serves meatballs and other savory balls of food". They had the brilliant idea of creating meatball sliders and boy are they good!

I had a very hard time deciding which balls to try but I was extremely happy with my final choice, the IncrediBall! And it is incredible! The ball itself is made with ground kobe beef, wrapped with applewood smoked bacon and topped with gruyere cheese, wild arugula, and the best garlic aioli I have ever tasted, all on a toasted brioche bun.

These balls are absolutely addictive!

Check out the Great Balls on Tires menu to see the other delicious ball options and visit their twitter for location updates!

Papas Tapas

Papas Tapas serves up fresh and authentic Spanish cuisine!
So far I have only tried one of their delicious items but I've become addicted. I have now ordered their crispy Croquetas four times and sadly they are so yummy that I have been blind to the rest of Papas Tapas tasty options.

Croquetas are, according to the menu, fried balls of dough filled with ham and cheese although they tasted much more like a very mild jalapeno popper, or fried cheesy potato goodness!

The absolute best part of these wonderful little treats is the garlic and roasted red pepper aioli dipping sauce. This aioli is packed with flavor and would taste delicious on a wide assortment of foods.
